COMPANY OUTLINE

Auxpoint Industries Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian owned manufacturing concern incorporated on 7th June 1999. The production operation commenced on 1st September 1999 to cater for electronics and other industries that require our services.

Since year 2000, Auxpoint Industries Sdn Bhd has been concentrating on producing plastic housewares and developing own products. The Company has been a nationwide provider of plastic household products to leading retailers and wholesalers. We design, produce, and distribute a wide range of plastic household product to meet end users' satisfaction.

Auxpoint owns a tooling workshop, which provides immediate and minor back-up maintenance. However major repair works or modification will be sent to external tooling vendor.

Auxpoint believes that she should operate in an ethical and socially responsible manner and are capable of both earning profits and making Auxpoint a better place to work.

New and emerging technologies are being used in many ways throughout the Company. Company presence on the Worldwide Web (http://www.auxpoint.com) to make information readily available to customer around the world. The web site features history of Company, brand and product information.

Relationships with customers and end users are extremely important to Auxpoint. The Company is fortunate to have many loyal customers in both groups. The reason of this loyalty is the value customers received from the relationship with Auxpoint. Auxpoint is always looking forward to increasing customer value.

QUALITY POLICY

Auxpoint Industries Sdn Bhd provides plastic injection moulding as well as plastic blow moulding services to cater for the consumer industries. In line with our commitment towards total consumer satisfaction and confidence in using our product, we need to consistently understand and meet end user requirement.

Our emphasis is on building up internal resources. We shall emphasise on developing our manpower and improving our facilities in order to meet and support our customer's demand on excellent quality. We encourage and promote cooperation and teamwork amongst employee to continually improve our Quality Management System effectiveness in order to lower cost and improve productivity and effectiveness so as to remain competitive in market.


QUALITY OBJECTIVES

1.  To reduce number of rejected parts to not more than 3% per month.
2.  To achieve zero customer complaints on quality and packaging.
3.  To improve yearly on time delivery to 98% and above.
4.  To provide training to every employee minimum 4 hours per year.
5.  To limit work injuries to not more than 1 case per year.
